Shark cartilage is a natural, whole food source of glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate and angiogenesis-inhibiting proteins.  Shark cartilage not only helps to restore your horse's joint health but does it much more effectively and efficiently because the angiogenesis-inhibiting proteins help to prevent and control the cause of the damage to the joint cartilage.

The recommended daily dosage is 1/4 cup for a 1,000 lb horse.

To promote healthy joints, we recommend that you feed your horse an initial loading dose amount (twice the regular amount) for the first month.  We suggest that 1/4 c. be given at both the morning and evening feedings during the initial loading period.   The maintenance level of 1/4 c. may be given at one feeding.   Results are normally seen in 2-3 weeks.  After 4-5 weeks we suggest that you may slowly reduce down to the maintenance level for the continued well being of your horse.
