Sea Pet Gold Omega 3 Fish Oil Concentrate is a highly concentrated form of the essential fatty acids from fish oils - (sardines and/or anchovies). Omega 3 fish oils are naturally in the biologically-available forms of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). These are necessary and essential fatty acids for your pets.  Research has shown that EPA helps to maintain healthy joint functions by reducing the activity of enzymes that damage the joint cartilage.   Each teaspoon provides approximately 1,425 mg EPA and 950 mg DHA.
